President
As President of Argent, Stephan Elieff is responsible for management of the company’s investment process and capital strategy.
In his role, he directs efforts to secure equity and debt financing for each of the company’s investments. Elieff is a member of Argent’s Investment, Finance and Asset Management Committees as well as its Senior Management Committee.

Marc L. Magstadt
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Marc Magstadt oversees all aspects of Argent’s real estate development process.
He has been directly involved with the acquisition and disposition of more than 40,000 residential units, a sales value in excess of $3 billion.

David Soyka
Senior Vice President, Public Affairs
As Senior Vice President of Public Affairs, David Soyka oversees media and governmental relations for Argent.
Soyka also oversees strategic planning, coalition building, public outreach and crisis communications. Soyka played key roles in securing land use approvals for multiple residential communities over the last 17 years.
